KRFC membership subscription fees 2011-2012
Membership Category Annual Subscription

At the KRFC 2010 AGM the issue of changing membership fees and structure was raised. It was agreed that a separate sub-committee would be formed and make recommendations to the committee about membership structure and fee levels.

The following recommendations were made:


A single full membership category. Full payment of a full member subscription carries all the rights outlined in club’s articles of association.

Only members who have paid the full membership subscription to Kenilworth RFC and M&J parent members are entitled to the rights outlined in club’s rules.

In addition to the member category there is an option to become a Vice-President. A VP would be a full member and be entitled to free access for all KRFC matches played at home. Subscription for the year would be £110 per season.

All VPs should be recognised and listed in the club programme.

Life membership is considered too low and should rise to £1,000.

In order to accommodate all other current users of the club an associate category will be available. This covers all users and visitors who do not wish to become full members.

Associates would have access all the available club facilities but no voting rights or access to International tickets. Should an associate wish to become full member they shall pay the difference between associate category and Member by completing a Kenilworth RFC membership application form and presenting cheque or cash for payment.

The student category would cover all existing KRFC colts and full time students wishing to become a club member. Students or colts would not be required to pay match-day fees but colts would be subject to an additional fee to cover meals. Should a student or a colt wish to upgrade to full member status they shall pay the difference between the student category and Member by completing a Kenilworth RFC membership application form and presenting a cheque or cash for payment.

INTERNATIONAL TICKETS

The club rules are that only Members, VP Members and Life Members can apply for International Tickets. Should any M&J parent who is listed with the M&J section as a Family Member wish to apply for tickets then they will need to pay an extra £35 to the main club in order to upgrade their memebrship to Member level.
