Full Contact Friday returns

The Friday sessions are back!

Come down to the Cowpatch at 4.30pm on Friday to run off the frustrations of a whole week spent at school.  Don't forget you gum shild, boots and water.

This is purely match play practice with a close of play no later than 6pm
