Established from scratch in the summer of 2015, Kenilworth Ladies is an aspiring ladies team based in Warwickshire. During their first season, they played numerous friendly matches, winning most, and also took part in the national Junior Cup. The side ended their inaugural season by gaining league status for the 2016/17 season and winning their first tournament, the West Norfolk Super 10s.

The Ladies then went on to win the league in their first season, losing just once to come come top in the Women's NC Midlands 2 division to secure promotion to Women's NC Midlands 1 for the start of the 2017/18 campaign.

That proved to be another successful season for our Ladies, arguably their best to date, as they once again came top of the league. Losing just one match all campaign, the Ladies were promoted to Women's Championship Midlands 2 for 2018/19, the third tier of women's rugby in England. Alongside this, the Ladies' Cup campaign saw them go from strength to strength, as they made it all the way to the final of the RFU Women’s Intermediate Cup.

In addition to their competitive success, the Ladies also regularly field a Development XV alongside the league team with the squad's first ever double header taking place in 2018. The Ladies are aiming to field a full Development XV week in, week out as the section continues to grow.
