The Annual General Meeting of Kenilworth Rugby Football Club Ltd will be held at Kenilworth RFC on Wednesday 23rd Sept at 7.00pm prompt.
Due to the restrictions imposed on us by the Covid19 virus we ask that you reply to this Notice advising of your intention to attend, or not, as there is a limit in the numbers the room can hold. If numbers exceed the available number then we will need to make alternative arrangements to hold the AGM. Please respond to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A list inviting nominees for all of the various positions on the Management Committee is enclosed with this Notice. All nominations should have a proposer and a seconder and should be presented to me prior to the AGM. Whilst all positions on the Management Committee are open there are specific vacancies this year for a President and a Secretary. The list will also be posted on the Notice Board of the club.
A copy of the minutes from last year's meeting is enclosed with this notification and copies will be available on the night. Reports from committee members will also be available on the night. Should any member require a copy of either the nominations or minutes or reports (if available) prior to the meeting then please do not hesitate to contact me.
