Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Kenilworth Rugby Football Club is to be held on Wednesday 30th June 2021 at 7pm. Our aspiration is that this meeting will be held in person at the Club once lockdown restrictions ease.

However, if COVID-19 restrictions are extended due to circumstances outside the Club’s control, as a last resort the AGM will be held online via Zoom. Please therefore consider this Notice as confirmation that the AGM will be held at the Club unless otherwise stated.

A list of Management Committee positions is here. Nominations are invited in advance of the AGM, duly proposed and seconded and submitted to secretary@kenilworthrugby.co.uk. Nominations must be received no less than seven days in advance of the AGM as per revised Rule 8.3.1[1].

A copy of the minutes from last year's meeting is available here and copies will be available on the night, along with reports from committee members.

[1] Note that the amendments to the Club Rules agreed at the recent SGMs are in the process of being registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. The previous Rule 8.3.1 stated that nominations had to be submitted by of 30 April
