Kenilworth RFC Sevens Tournament

Dates: April 24th  - Colts
           April 25th - Morning (9:30 start) - Boys U15s and U16s 
                            - Afternoon (2pm Start) - Girls U16s
           April 26th  - 10 am start - Boys U13s and U14s

County and District Cups.
We know that many counties will hold their cup finals on that weekend. We understand that your ambitions will be to be in those finals. Ultimately there can only be two teams in any final so please don't delay, get your 7s teams booked in to be sure of your place. If you do get through to your final, that’s great, simply let us know and we will reimburse the fees.

Key Information:

Open to RFU affiliated clubs, Boys U13s, U14s, U15s and U16s and Colts and Girls U16s.

  • Colts (boys) will be held on evening of 24th April
  • U15's and U16's (boys) and U16's (girls) will be held on the 25th April
  • U13's and U14's will be held on the 26th April
  • Tournament format - Cup and Plate for each age group, all teams will have the same number of matches during the competition.
  • 12 Players per squad, players must be RFU registered
  • First Aid and Independent Referees Provided
  • Street Food and Bar open during the event.
    The club bar will be open until late, indoor and outdoor seating, live music on Saturday night
  • Parking available - £5 per car.
  • Dogs are permitted - they must be kept on a short lead at all times, under control, not on any of the playing areas and any messess picked up.
  • No open fires or coal barbeques - Gas camping stoves and gas barbeques are permitted

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The entry Fee is non-refundable, except in the case outlined above.  If your team can not attend due to being involved in a cup final, please send us the confirmation details and the fee will be refunded.
  • If the event is cancelled due to weather or other such factors all fees will be refunded.
  • All players should be RFU registered.
  • It is your responsibility to supervise your players/attending group.
  • Although there will be security on site, all cars and property are left at your own risk.
  • No open fires or coal BBQ's.
  • Dogs are permitted - they must be kept on a short lead at all times, under control, not on any of the playing areas and any messess picked up.
  • Camping and gazebos only in designated areas.
  • Gazebos and tents must be safely secured in case of high winds.
  • Renumeration will be persued for any significant damage done to the grounds that require repair.
