Congratulations to our all-action flanker Leah Heath (Krutch to everyone else) on signing a contract with @tigerswomens
@leahkrutchxo joined Kenilworth in 2019, looking to take her game to the next level - and since becoming Kens #69, she has racked up 57 appearances for the KenFamily, and adding a number of Warwickshire Women appearances to that as well.
It’s been brilliant to see her game develop over the years, a real testament to the hard work and dedication she puts in on the training pitch and all the extras away from training too. After another standout season full of incredible performances, Krutch swept up at the 2023/24 End of Season Awards (Players’ Player and Coaches’ Player), and we are all so proud of Krutch for taking the next step and being offered a contract at Tigers.
After officially announcing our Pathway Partnership between Kenilworth Women and Leicester Tigers Women, it is great to see the pathway in action, and to see players coming through from Kens getting recognised and opportunities at Tigers.
All that’s left to say is Good Luck Krutch!
Everyone at KRFC is so proud of you, and a few trips up the M69 to cheer on Kens no #69 are coming up… x
