Girls U12 Rugby Taster Session – Kenilworth RFC
Kenilworth Rugby Club is inviting girls currently in Year 6 who will be moving to secondary school in September to take part in a free rugby taster session on Wednesday, April 9th, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Whether completely new to rugby or already familiar with the game, this session is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills, build confidence, and experience the excitement of the sport in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The new Girls U12 team is supported by a highly experienced coaching team, including RFU-qualified coaches with Premiership playing experience, providing an inspiring and professional introduction to the sport. Players will have the chance to learn from role models who have competed at the highest levels of the game, ensuring a high-quality and enjoyable experience.
Kenilworth RFC is proud to offer a clear pathway into women’s rugby, with a thriving U18 girls' team and a women’s side competing in the RFU Championship (Level 2). This session is a great first step for those who may wish to progress further within the sport or simply discover a new passion.
