Kenilworth Rugby Football Club Land Marketing and Next Steps (3 - Update 3 Sep 25) As reported in the last update (28 July) our appointed agents, Bromwich Hardy and Wareing & Co. are in the thick of assessment and analysis of proposals from interested developers, having invested time with each to ensure KRFC’s key criteria are understood and any clarifications from developers addressed. While this initial process has taken longer than all had hoped, it has allowed us to narrow the field and undertake a first series of interviews with the highest compliant bidders. This note is to inform members further interviews (and commercial analysis) are ongoing with those developers presenting the strongest of cases to the club. While this process is not to be rushed, barring unforeseen circumstances our aim remains to commence the presentation of findings to the membership during September, to keep the project moving. So, a short interim update to keep everyone informed of progress, and we very much hope to be reporting more formally soon. Finally, in a flash the new season is upon us. We wish all those wearing the Blue and Gold of KRFC the very best this year, and to our effervescent M&J’s who’s season starts down at the Cow Patch Sunday, our Colts playing Away at Stratford on Saturday 3pm, our Men’s 1stXV kicking off the season at home against Luctonian’s (2.15 K.O.) or our Women who are running the Kenilworth half – marathon in club colours Sunday raising money for the club (sponsorship details are on the website), have the very best of weekends and good luck to each and every one of you!
