The Annual General Meeting of Kenilworth Rugby Football Club is to be held on Wednesday 24th June at 7pm at the KRFC Clubhouse.
A list of Management Committee positions is enclosed with this Notice.
Nominations are invited in advance of the AGM, duly proposed and seconded and submitted to secretary@kenilworthrugby.co.
Any additional motions for discussion must be submitted at least seven days in advance of the AGM as per Rule 8.5.1.
A copy of the minutes from last year's meeting will be available shortly.
Like last year, a slide deck will be circulated to Members in advance of the meeting and questions will be taken on the night. Please note that voting will be in person only.
